The Japanese Sister City Commission has many sources of funding through the years. We get support from public grants, Santi-Cali-Gon activities, the Uptown Matsuri, the KC Japan Culture Festival, and donations.
Monetary support from business, individuals both local to Independence and anyone interested in supporting local-to-local student exchange between Independence, Missouri and Higashimurayama, Japan can make a donation below.
